Meet the Team

Jim Donnan –Director of Manufacturing

Jim brings over 40 years of multifaceted manufacturing, design, business development, and marketing experience to the team. Jim owns and operates a cattle ranch, is a business owner/operator, and was a past poultry grower and realtor. He has extensive experience in business development, quality control, and on-time manufacturing. His expertise includes ranching, poultry growing, real estate, and oil field service companies.

Bob Reeves – Director of Sales and Marketing

Bob brings over 40 years of manufacturing, engineering, and sales experience to the RTS team. He is a farmer and rancher, and his vast range of experience also includes work in the food industry and oil and gas process cooling. He holds a BBA in International Business and Finance from the University of Texas.

Howell Howard – Director of Customer Relations

Howell brings more than 50 years of experience in the poultry industry to the team. He has developed close relationships in the poultry industry with his family’s poultry supply business, East Texas Poultry. Howell owns and operates multiple Boiler and Breeder Farms throughout East Texas and brings hands-on experience in knowing the business and what it takes to be successful.

Payne Howard – Machine Operations

Payne Howard brings over 25 years of invaluable experience. He specializes in the dynamic field of poultry management and is prominently involved in the Thermal Dehydration Unit, where he has played an instrumental role in all stages of development.

Currently overseeing eight operational broiler houses in the East Texas area, Payne Howard is a hands-on professional who seamlessly integrates his extensive knowledge of day-to-day poultry operations into the Thermal Dehydration Unit’s research and development efforts. His profound understanding of the poultry industry’s intricacies makes him a linchpin in RTS’s ongoing success.

Jay Perryman – Controller

Jay serves as the Controller and assists in the day-to-day operations and the Research and Development of the Thermal Dehydration Unit (TDU). Jay has been involved in the oil and gas industry, and acquisition of rail terminal facilities. 

Before joining, Jay worked as an accountant for Hill Country Restaurants and Fredonia Hotel, where he worked on implementing costing structures for the food and beverage industry. Jay holds a BBA and MBA in accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and lives in East Texas.
