Adam graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas-Austin in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management. In 2023, he earned a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Louisiana State University – Shreveport. 

Throughout his career, Adam has worked in various Supply Chain and Project Management roles for several organizations, including the Texas Department of Agriculture, two Fortune 50 oil and gas companies, and a software startup. He also holds multiple project management certificates and operates two small businesses from his home in East Texas.
